Students and Faculty can take advantage of Bellevue College programs that support the integration of sustainability concepts in the classroom. Many of the following programs are offered through the support of the Student Environmental Sustainability Fund and in partnership with the Faculty Commons.
Student Sustainability Assignment Grants
Earn $100 for completing an assignment related to sustainability. With this program, students can apply for grants for investigating how sustainability relates to their existing assignments in non-sustainability related courses of all disciplines.
Faculty Programming and Stipends
Interested in Sustainability but struggling with how it applies to your classroom and content? The Faculty Commons offers several sustainability related workshops, discussion groups and activities. This includes, the Integrating Sustainability in Your Course workshop.
