In 2011 we undertook a comprehensive audit of all campus buildings which will lead to retrofits of lighing and water fixtures and improvement to our heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

Energy Project Updates, Water Project Updates
The College is working with an Energy Services Company on campus-wide retrofits of indoor and outdoor lighting, including LED lighting, installing efficient water fixtures and improving HVAC controls. The college closely monitors resource consumption to identify savings opportunities.
Energy consumption rose after construction of the S building, but is now headed downward through energy conservation measures, including a major lighting retrofit this year.
Water consumption is edging downwards with population and a major water retrofit completed in fall 2012.
