• Parking passes will be sent to the universities one week prior to the event
• High School buses do not require a pass (parking information will be sent one week prior to the event)
• The event will be in the R building which is the northwest side of the campus

Venue Details:

• All the event rooms will have media set up, internet, data projector and a screen
• There will be a hospitality room
• Universities should bring material for the high schools to pick up
• There will be tea, water and coffee for participants
