Nine Bellevue College students took the opportunity to travel from Beijing to Hong Kong. Enrolled in the spring quarter Advanced Studies in International Business class, they conducted international business research at the Beijing Hyundai Automobile Assembly Factory, The Maple Automobile Group, The Shanghai Stock Exchange and a local silk factory. In addition to research and touring, they participated in a cultural exchange with 150 students from Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce. Together they played games designed to increase understanding about each other’s cultures.
