Peter Buffett: Become Exceptional Luncheon Keynote Speaker

On April 27th the BC Foundation has the pleasure of hosting Peter Buffett, Emmy Award-winning musician, philanthropist and author of Life Is What You Make It, as the keynote speaker of the 12th Annual Become Exceptional Luncheon.

Beginning his career in San Francisco writing music for commercials, he has since released 15 records and now owns two independent labels, BisonHead and BeSide Records. Peter’s past projects  include the Oscar-winning film Dances with Wolves, 500 Nations (an eight-hour Emmy-awarded CBS miniseries produced by Kevin Costner) and a collaboration with Grammy-nominated recording artist Akon.

While Peter is the son of billionaire Warren Buffett, he will not inherit his father’s vast fortune. He says that the only real inheritance handed down from his parents was a philosophy: forge your own path in life. His new book, Life Is What You Make It, expands on the values and life lessons he received from his parents and life teachers he met along the way.

Save April 27th from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm to hear Peter Buffett for yourself!
