BC counselors will answer brief questions pertaining to Human Development courses, workshops, information about navigating the BC system, website, and resources in the area. Please note that BC counselors will not answer any questions regarding mental health issues or personal counseling concerns. If you have a question regarding personal counseling please call 425-564-2212 or visit us in person on the 2nd floor of the Student Services building to schedule an appointment. Please note that Counselors adhere to all FERPA regulations so even if you provide us with your SID, DOB, and name, we cannot provide grade/transcript information.

We want to help serve all BC students and staff as quickly as possible. Depending on email volume, we may not be able to return your emails immediately. Please allow 48 hours for someone to respond to your inquiry. Be aware that counselors generally do not respond to questions during the academic breaks or weekends.
