How do I make an appointment to see a counselor?
Faculty Counselors can be reached through the Advising and Counseling Front Desk at (425) 564-2212. You may either call us or stop by the front desk in person on the 2nd floor of the Student Services building (B-Building) to make an appointment. Students who have urgent needs and cannot wait for the next available appointment may use our drop-in hours for urgent response. These hours are available at selected hours (see below). If you email a counselor please email only one counselor. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from an individual counselor if you send an email during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm).
Hours of Operation
We schedule appointments Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm and Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00 am to 6:00pm.
If you have a situation where you are unable to wait for your next available appointment, drop in hours are also available Monday-Thursday from 1-2 p.m. During these hours, you may be seen on a drop-in basis for immediate assistance from a counselor. If this is immediate health-related emergency, please call 9-1-1 or campus safety at 425-564-2400. If this is mental-health crisis, call the Crisis Clinic 24-hour crisis line at 206-461-3222.
