Help Desk Analyst Intern

Compensation Amount: $12 – $14 DOE

Approximate Hours Per Week: 25-40 hours

Position Description:
As Help Desk IT Intern you assist with supporting a 400-user environment using the latest MS productivity software — Windows 8, Windows Phone 8, Office 2013, Exchange Online, Lync — in a wireless, laptop environment.

Your energy, attention to detail, ability to follow direction, and passion for technology and service will ensure your success.

We are a faced-paced environment with a wide variety of IT support tasks ranging from level one support, level two support, updating machines, imaging new machines, rollouts, troubleshooting, and plain old hustle tasks.

Your goal to support business productivity via technology tools is demonstrated by your academic and serious approach to build your skills.

Spring/Summer internship with potential for extension for the capable candidate.
