Help Desk Analyst Intern
Compensation Amount: $12 – $14 DOE
Approximate Hours Per Week: 25-40 hours
As Help Desk IT Intern you assist with supporting a 400-user environment using the latest MS productivity software — Windows 8, Windows Phone 8, Office 2013, Exchange Online, Lync — in a wireless, laptop environment.
Your energy, attention to detail, ability to follow direction, and passion for technology and service will ensure your success.
We are a faced-paced environment with a wide variety of IT support tasks ranging from level one support, level two support, updating machines, imaging new machines, rollouts, troubleshooting, and plain old hustle tasks.
